"A Quiet Hero", by Helene McCarthy, is the biography of the Very Reverend Dean Patrick Walsh, mid, DD, 1902  - 1999.
Dean Walsh was an Army Chaplain during World War II, serving in the
2/30 Australian Infantry Battalion.  He was a POW in Changi and on the Thai-Burma railway and a priest for 71 years, serving mainly in the Rockhampton Diocese of Queensland.
